Being a first-time home buyer was somewhat of a daunting experience, but Rebecca put be completely at ease and made the experience enjoyable. She answered all of my questions and held my hand every step of the way. She was always available. She always answered my calls or called me back immediately. We even ended up submitting an offer on my house on Mother's Day (and she IS a mother)!! She kept me informed of each step along the way and made sure I understood what was going on. She went out of her way to set up inspections for me and keep on top of my loan and escrow officers to make sure everything was done in plenty of time. Rebecca was always very understanding of my price limitations, encouraging me to stay true to my budget and what I could afford. She is extremely thorough and experienced. She read every piece of paperwork and went over each one with me, checking and double checking wording and dollar amounts. More than anything Rebecca is a great person with a kind heart.
